Stephen Zondorak has been delivering results since he started in real estate years ago.  His entry into the business was inevitable coming from a family with over 30 years of practice in the field. As a full-service real estate professional, Stephen continually works with a wide array of sellers, buyers and investors across all price levels and property types. His passion for real estate, and client satisfaction, is contagious and obvious from the minute you meet him.

Prior to his real estate career, Stephen held various corporate management roles where he was directly responsible for providing strategic direction throughout large organizations to increase efficiency and maximize service, which translated to a superior level of customer satisfaction. 

Stephen is adept at leading large teams and building relationships with multiple stakeholders yielding calculated partnerships capable of completing an objective successfully. These abilities and skills allowed him to thrive in his previous roles and achieve similar accomplishments in real estate. His professional experience, coupled with the training and skill learned from accomplished family members, makes him uniquely qualified to help you reach your goal successfully. He currently holds a Bachelors's degree in Business Administration with a dual concentration in Finance and Business Economics from City University of New York: Herbert H Lehman College located in Bronx, NY.

Stephen enjoys spending most of his time with his wife and two young children. On occasion, you will see him reading books and playing sports.
